We’ve got that and then some, according to a survey by ApartmentList.com, which reports that Detroit is one of America’s more affordable cities, ranking 18 out of 75 major cities studied.
When you add desirable factors like the city’s walkable neighborhoods, proximity to top hospitals, educational institutions and employers, Detroit really has a lot to offer.
Younger singles and couples are interested, according ApartmentList.com, which reported that 64 percent of 24,000 renters surveyed want to be city dwellers.
We should take advantage of that.
