Registration is underway for the spring and summer youth leagues with Eagle Sports Club, a program of Soar Detroit.

The spring soccer and flag football season begins on April 14 and runs through May 19. Summer baseball season starts June 9. The soccer program is open for boys and girls ages 4-14; flag football for boys and girls ages 7 -13, and baseball for boys and girls age 4-14.

Registration for the soccer and flag football programs ends April 12. Registration for the baseball program ends June 10.

Games will be played at Balduck Park on Canyon, near Moross Road.

The cost is $40 for the soccer and flag football programs and $50 for the baseball program. The cost includes a jersey.

There will be a skills camp Saturday, April 7 for those registered for spring soccer and flag football at the Mac Athletic Complex (Dome). The address is 4300 Marseilles St.

Eagle Sports was instrumental in restoring and transforming Balduck Park to its current state, which includes a $1.6 million championship baseball field.

This is a faith-based program where sportsmanship and faith take priority over aggressive play and unkind conduct.
