Friday, July 27 – Sunday, July 29: Midtown Inc. commissioned life sized puppet performances of the last elephants at the Detroit Zoo and you won’t want to miss the story of Wanda and Winky Go To California @ New Center Park.

Thursday, July 26: Get into the rhythm at African Drum and Dance @ Eliza Howell Park.

Thursday, July 26 & Friday, July 27: Grab a book and head down to the riverfront for an afternoon of free live children’s music and rides on the Cullen Family Carousel at Reading and Rhythm on the Riverfront @ Rivard Plaza.

Friday, July 27: You’ll need the bare necessities (a lawn chair or blanket) at the evening screening of The Jungle Book @ New Center Park.
