The Young Leaders Life Conference is designed to empower, equip, and activate the next generation of Kingdom leaders—while also supporting the adults who guide them.

Students will discover what it means to live out their faith boldly and lead with purpose. Through teaching, hands-on workshops, prayer, and community service opportunities, youth will learn to:

• Use their God-given gifts to impact their community
• Build strong spiritual habits they can apply every day
• Serve, lead, pray, and encourage others with confidence
• Understand their identity and calling as young Kingdom leaders

For Adults:
Parents, leaders, and mentors will receive practical tools to help them champion the next generation. Adult sessions will focus on how to:

• Understand the biblical vision for students as active spiritual leaders
• Shift from criticism to grace-filled encouragement when youth make mistakes
• Guide young leaders with everyday, practical strategies at home and in church
• Support student leaders through their wins, challenges, and spiritual growth
